By CHECKING the box, you are agreeing to the certification terms of service, the full candidate agreement, code of ethical and professional responsibility, and ABCM's certification policies and procedures in the Certification Handbook.

I have read the ABCM's Examination Confidentiality Statement and agree to abide by it at all times.

You further agree to allow us to send you periotic messages about upcoming courses for renewal of your certification once you become certified, about your exam results, recertification reminders and any important information you may need regarding your certification journey.
